Does it work for me?

We will check this in the first session. Online-based and remote CBT can help with various mental health problems.

When does it not work?

In some cases a face2face treatment is mandatory like an acute eating disorder, intrusive sucidal thougts, servere depressions, degendency or addiction.

In this case, please contact your local mental health provider.

Why is remote therapy and coaching helpful?

Remote CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and remote coaching are becoming increasingly popular, for a number of reasons:

• Convenience: Remote therapy can be done from anywhere with an internet connection, which can be especially helpful for people who live in rural areas or who have difficulty getting to a therapist’s office.

• Flexibility: Remote therapy can be scheduled around your own schedule, which can be helpful for people who have busy lives or who travel frequently.

• Affordability: Remote therapy can be more affordable than traditional therapy, as there are no travel costs involved.

• Anonymity: If you prefer to keep your therapy confidential, remote therapy can offer more anonymity than traditional therapy.
