Online psychotherapy provides a secure and an effective treatment for mental health problems as shown in several studies (see literature below).
CBT2GO offers internet-based therapy via videocalls via skype, teams or zoom, depending on what you are familiar with.
Sessions usally takes place once in a week, appointments are assingend individually.
Unlike other e-mental health platforms no monthly suscribtion is nessesary. You only pay for the service you want to use and there is no additional registratgion required. For the booking process only your name, E-Mail address and telephone number is required.
There are many coaches, therapists and psychologists available on the internet, but we guarantee a high-quality standard.
Our psychotherapists are officially authorized and either registered as psychotherapists by the ministry of health in Austria or are under close supervision of an experienced psychotherapists and will be registered soon.
Does it work for me?
We will check this in the first session. Online-based and remote CBT can help with various mental health problems.
When does it not work?
In some cases a face2face treatment is mandatory like an acute eating disorder, intrusive sucidal thougts, servere depressions, degendency or addiction.
In this case, please contact your local mental health provider.
Why is remote therapy and coaching helpful?
Remote CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and remote coaching are becoming increasingly popular, for a number of reasons:
